If you’ve always dreamed of owning a holiday home or lodge but don’t know where to start, we’ve made it easier with our guide. From budgets to beach views, and pricing to pitch size - we’ve considered everything so you don’t have to.
Before you make a decision do your research to make sure your budget matches what you need and want – consider things like insurance, whether you’re renting it out, and how you might finance it.
Once you’re clued up on the basics it’s time to consider the best location for your home. Your home will be hard to move once it’s sited so you need to be happy with your chosen park. Here are just a few things you might want to consider:
Before you decide on your location, we highly recommend shortlisting a few parks and visiting them so you can find out about fees, special offers, and the local area.
Find a parkYou may be on your pitch for a few years so it’s important consider a few things before you reserve anything. Consider things like:
You can sometimes move your home to another pitch on the park but there are often costs involved so it’s better to get it right first time.
Once you’ve made your decision and ordered your perfect Victory on your favourite park, we’ll get to work on building your home using our industry-leading Novus manufacturing process. Everything from kitchen cabinets to sockets, from upholstery to mattresses, is hand crafted so you can start to enjoy your Victory as soon as you step in the door.
If the home you’ve chosen is already on a park you won’t have to wait for delivery. Otherwise, we’ll let your park or dealer know as soon as it’s ready to be despatched – patience is a virtue! Once you’ve moved in make sure you read your Owners’ Handbook and any other documents included so you can get the most out of your home.
We’d love to see pictures of you enjoying your new home, so head to our Facebook page and share them – and if you have any furry friends, we’d love to see them too.
