Wales has some special parks to make your dream staycation become a reality. Here's some of our top picks...

Based within the stunning Ogwen Valley, Ogwen Bank Holiday Park is right next to the riverbank in the woods, offering an incredible backdrop of Snowdonia. With plenty of facilities, such as bike hire on site, you'll have every opportunity to explore the adventure playground of Wales. When you've finished your daily expeditions, wind down with a local ale and a wonderful meal in Ogwen's on site bar and restaurant.

Head to South Wales and have a dream staycation at Blackhills Caravan Leisure Park. With the Gower Peninsula, neighbouring beaches, golf clubs and woodlands nearby, you can expect to have a wonderful relaxing holiday. If you fancy a spot of urban exploration, you're just a short 15 minute drive from the bright lights of Swansea city.

Take in the sights

Wales hosts loads of events and festivities throughout the year, and is home to incredible places that need to be on your "must visit" list during your time in this beautiful country. Wander through the quaint coastal towns and enjoy the sandy beaches, or head inland and visit one of Wales' National Parks, take in the city sights of Cardiff and visit the National Museum. Everywhere you go, you'll get to enjoy some of the finest cuisine in the UK and visit some magnificent castles that are steeped in Wales heritage.
