Welcome to the

South East

Famed for being the sunniest region in the UK, the South East is perfect for holidaymakers who wants to feel the sand between their toes and sun on their cheeks. Along with the incredible coastline overlooking the English Channel, including the White Cliffs of Dover, moving inland you'll find two National Parks as well as some of the beautiful Cotswolds. Running through the region is the Thames River which is surrounded by majestic trails, iconic cities, and must-have attractions including Blenheim Palace, Windsor Castle, and Thorpe Park.

The South East is one of the most popular places to staycation in the UK. You'll find plenty of holiday parks, both inland and by the sea - here are some of our favourites...

Scott's Holiday Village is an award winning park set amongst the peace and quiet of West Wittering and its tranquil sandy beaches. Enjoy a gentle sea breeze and take advantage of the many facilities on site to help you get settled in during your staycation. With beautiful towns such as Chichester and the South Downs National Park nearby, you can experience some of the most incredible sights and sounds that West Sussex has to offer.

Seal Bay Resort overlooks the unique vista of The Solent, as well as the Isle of Wight. The park offers fun and entertainment by the sea for the kids or adventure seekers, but also offers a bit of peace with postcard-worthy villages and duck ponds nearby for those looking for a relaxing retreat.

All you need in one place

The South East is a stylish region with beaches that compete with the Med, award-winning museums, big attractions, world-famous cities and pretty landscapes. The South East provides an opportunity to have a quintessentially British seaside, countryside and city break holiday all in one. Trek through the South Downs National Park, visit Kent and experience the 'Garden of England' or head into a city such as Oxford and take in some iconic sights. Or if you're an adrenaline junkie, head to Thorpe Park for a day of thrill and excitement.

Places to visit

From major iconic cities to two National Parks and incredible coastlines, the South East meets everyone's staycation needs. There's a great balance of modern and traditional attractions, as well as nature that can't be found anywhere else in the UK.
